MAISON CLASSIC SALON, offering panoramic views of Takanawa Gateway Station, to host 'DOG TERRACE NIGHT' on Friday, May 22nd

MAISON CLASSIC SALON (operated by CLASSIC INC., Representative Director: Toshikatsu Kayaba, Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), an in-station lounge that opened in March last year on the 3rd floor outside the South Ticket Gate of Takanawa Gateway Station, will host a special event for pet owners, 'DOG TERRACE NIGHT,' from 6:00 PM on Friday, May 22, 2026.

This event offers a relaxing evening on an open terrace overlooking Takanawa Gateway Station, where guests can enjoy our famous pancakes.

All participants will be served MAISON CLASSIC SALON's pancakes, and their beloved dogs will receive a "canelé for dogs" as a gift. On the day of the event, both canelés to be eaten on-site and take-home canelés will be available. Photographer Rika Tomamatsu will also be present to capture memorable moments with your dog at the open Takanawa Gateway Station. Enjoy an elegant evening with your dog in the lounge space overlooking the station.

MAISON CLASSIC SALON is located in a spot with a panoramic view of Takanawa Gateway Station. It is one of the MAISON CLASSIC brands that opened three stores simultaneously last March, serving famous pancakes during the day and original cocktails as a lounge bar at night. The terrace seats, where you can enjoy quality cuisine and drinks while listening to the sound of trains, are also a distinctive feature.

The 'DOG TERRACE NIGHT' event is designed for guests to spend a relaxing time with their beloved dogs on the terrace while enjoying pancakes.

As a unique initiative for MAISON CLASSIC SALON, which often welcomes customers with their dogs, this event allows dog owners to interact with each other and enjoy special moments with their pets.

◾️A special night to enjoy pancakes and canelés for dogs

On the day of the event, owners will be served MAISON CLASSIC SALON's pancakes. Our pancakes, steamed upon order, are characterized by their fluffy and gentle texture.

Additionally, beloved dogs will receive "canelés for dogs" as a gift. In addition to those to be enjoyed on the spot, take-home packed canelés will also be available for enjoyment at home.

Furthermore, a dedicated CLASSIC photographer will be on hand for photo shooting. You can capture memories with your dog in the special location of the terrace overlooking Takanawa Gateway Station.

【Sweet Pancakes】

・MAISON CLASSIC Pancake

This is our standard pancake, where you can best enjoy the natural flavor of the ingredients. It is served with "fermented salted butter cream" made with French Guérande salt. It's a gently sweet cream with a hint of saltiness.

・Fresh Blueberry & Confiture Pancake

Uses both fresh (raw) and confiture (jam) blueberries. This dish allows you to enjoy both the refreshing aroma of natural blueberries and the concentrated flavor of heated ones.

・Apple Cinnamon Caramel Pancake

Served with a sauce made from apples simmered in cinnamon and vanilla caramel cream. It pairs well with the salty fermented salted butter cream.

Eggs Benedict is originally a dish eaten with a poached egg and Hollandaise sauce (made by emulsifying egg yolk and butter) on a muffin. At MAISON CLASSIC, we have arranged it by topping steamed pancakes with bacon and smoked salmon. It is also a recommended item for lunch.
