Lots of "Likes"! "Library Children's Festa" ~Visited Toyohashi City Central Library~

"Children's Reading Day (April 23)" and "Children's Reading Week (April 23 - May 12)" were established to deepen interest and understanding of children's reading activities and to enhance children's motivation to read.

To help children enjoy books, Toyohashi City Libraries are holding the "Library Children's Festa" from Saturday, March 21, 2026, as a commemorative event for Children's Reading Day and Children's Reading Week.

Event Period: Saturday, March 21, Reiwa 8 (2026) - Sunday, May 10 Locations: Central Library, Mukaiyama Library, Oshimizu Library, Machinaka Library Target Audience: Elementary school children and younger *Participation is free! No application required!

On March 21, the first day of the "Library Children's Festa," the "Cardboard Maze Escape Operation" started at the Central Library. The popular "Director's Story Time" was also held.

Like! Giant Cardboard Maze

"Fun!" "One more time!" Such voices filled the giant cardboard maze area. The shoe placement and rules were clearly marked, allowing children to play correctly and happily without getting lost.
