24th Tokyo Hula Festa in Ikebukuro 2026 to be Held

Toshima Ward will host the 24th Tokyo Hula Festa in Ikebukuro 2026 over three days starting June 5 at four venues in Ikebukuro. To protect participants and visitors from extreme heat, the event has been moved one month earlier than usual. Approximately 2,800 people from 166 teams across Japan will participate. The main venue is the Ikebukuro West Gate Park Global Ring, with additional performances at Sunshine City B1 Fountain Plaza, Naka-Ikebukuro Park, and the Tobu Department Store rooftop. Admission is free and no reservation is required.
