Tomi City, Nagano Prefecture, will hold the "2nd Tomi City Vacant House & Land Hunting Tour in Kitamimaki" on Saturday, June 6, Reiwa 8 (2026), with the aim of effectively utilizing vacant houses in the city and promoting migration.
This event was very popular last year and will be held for the second time this year.
The Kitamimaki area of Tomi City is blessed with a tranquil rural landscape and rich nature. It is a popular area for prospective migrants, combining quietness with convenience, with easy access to Karuizawa and Ueda, and only three traffic lights.
In addition to being able to compare many vacant houses at once, we will also introduce the surrounding environment, examples of utilization, and useful information for daily life.
At lunchtime, there will be an exchange time with migrants to Kitamimaki and local residents while enjoying lunch.

Information for Participants
Participants will travel to the properties in their own cars. Those who do not have a car should use a rental car.
