Recruiting Service Users for 'Saitama City Renewable Energy Adoption AI Support,' an AI-Powered Renewable Energy Adoption Support Project

On Wednesday, January 28, Reiwa 8 (2026), Saitama City and TansoMan GX Co., Ltd. signed an 'Agreement on AI-Powered Renewable Energy Adoption Support Project' to promote the adoption of renewable energy by businesses within the city. Based on this agreement, starting from the Reiwa 8 fiscal year, we will launch a new AI-powered renewable energy adoption support project, 'Saitama City Renewable Energy Adoption AI Support,' and provide support for renewable energy adoption by offering an AI-powered energy usage analysis and diagnostic service to businesses in the city. With the start of the project, from Monday, May 18, we will begin recruiting businesses (businesses that wish to use services such as AI diagnostics and quotation acquisition) that want to use the services provided by this project. 1. Project Overview This project will be implemented by TansoMan GX Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the support provider), which has signed an agreement with Saitama City. The support provider will offer the AI-powered energy usage analysis and diagnostic service 'Denki Check' (hereinafter Denki Check) free of charge to businesses that wish to receive this service (hereinafter service users). With Denki Check, simple input allows users to determine the suitability of renewable energy adoption, expected CO2 reduction effects, cost-effectiveness (income and expenditure simulation), and the optimal adoption method (PPA/self-ownership). Users can also receive accompanying support, such as free consultations with electricity experts who are certified as Electricity Advisors and Solar Power Generation Advisors. (1) Free Simple Diagnosis (1-minute completion): Automatically calculates estimated power generation, electricity bill reduction, and investment recovery period for solar power adoption based on building conditions. (2) AI-Powered Detailed Diagnosis: Performs a more precise simulation by automatically determining roof pitch, solar radiation, and area using a GPS map. (3) Bulk Quotation Request to Multiple Companies: Obtains quotes from multiple companies for switching to renewable energy or installing a solar power system, with AI providing an easy-to-understand comparison. (4) Subsidy Search Function: Searches for subsidy programs applicable to the installation of solar power, storage batteries, and energy-saving equipment. (5) Free Consultation with Experts: Electricity experts provide accompanying support through to adoption. By utilizing this project, businesses can easily perform tasks that have traditionally required specialized knowledge, such as reviewing electricity plans and estimating the effects of renewable energy adoption, through the use of AI. Furthermore, construction businesses providing quotes in this project have undergone a preliminary screening by the support provider regarding their construction track record, management status, etc., allowing users to consider them with peace of mind. 2.
