Saitama City × Railway Museum Collaboration "Nū's Birthday Event"

Did you know that one of Nū's hobbies is "railroads (watching trains)"? Nū's birthday event will be held at the Railway Museum, where you can feel the charm of railroads that Nū loves so much.

1. Date Friday, May 1, Reiwa 8 (2026), 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

2. Venue The Railway Museum (3-47 Oonari-cho, Omiya-ku, Saitama City) *Admission fee required.

3. Content (1) Nū appears at the Turntable Rotation and Whistle Blowing Demonstration! Nū will appear at the C57 steam locomotive turntable rotation in the Main Building 1st floor, Vehicle Station. Time: 12:00 PM, 3:00 PM

(2) Greeting with Nū Nū will visit the "Saitama City Booth" in front of the stained glass on the Main Building 2nd floor (time undecided). Also, the first 1,000 visitors will receive original Nū stickers.

(3) Nū's Coloring Corner Nū's coloring corner will be set up in front of the stained glass on the Main Building 2nd floor. Birthday messages to Nū along with coloring are also very welcome.

(4) Quiz Rally A quiz about Saitama City will also be held at the Saitama City booth. Those who answer correctly will receive Nū goods by spinning a capsule lottery.

One of a kind! Let's make a photo stand with Nū's protective "scales"!

We upcycled Nū's unusable costumes in collaboration with facilities for people with disabilities and created Nū's "scales (*)". We will hold a workshop to make a photo stand using these "Nū's scales".

This event will be held with the story that by decorating a photo stand with "Nū's scales," which have Nū's power to "connect people," it will gently embrace the "connections" with the people in the photos and watch over them forever.

1. Date Tuesday, May 5 (public holiday) and Wednesday, May 6 (public holiday), Reiwa 8 (2026). Five sessions each day (approx. 30 minutes per session). Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis starting 15 minutes before each session.

2. Venue Stella Town Merope Plaza (1-854-1 Miyahara-cho, Kita-ku, Saitama City) Booth inside the "Northern Heart Kitamachi Spring Festival 2026" event venue

3. Content Participants will make a one-of-a-kind original photo stand by attaching Nū's scales and provided items to a cardboard photo stand.

4. Target Elementary school children and younger

5. Capacity 12 people per session (first-come, first-served)

6. Fee 300 yen
