What is the Disaster Victim Support App?

In response to the large-scale fire that occurred in Saga Seki, Oita City on November 18, Reiwa 7 (2025), we have developed a disaster victim support app utilizing a business efficiency application (kintone). This app aims to centralize disaster victim information within the city office, share the status of evacuee accommodations and the utilization of various support systems, and facilitate information sharing for follow-up support after evacuees leave shelters.

The app is broadly divided into two main components: the "Disaster Victim Information Sharing App" and the "Follow-up Support App." These can be utilized not only for disaster response in specific regions but also for disaster response drills and for organizing workflow in the event of a disaster.
