[Nogata City] Subsidy for Utilizing Side-Job/Concurrent-Job Personnel & Expert Dispatch

This subsidy program aims to support businesses in solving management challenges they face when drawing up their growth strategies, by utilizing side-job/concurrent-job personnel or dispatching experts according to their respective needs, thereby contributing to the growth of their businesses.

This initiative is implemented with the goal of "creating new value through innovation and challenge," as stipulated in the "2nd Nogata City Industrial Promotion Vision Action Plan" formulated in March 2023.

**Subsidy Details**

■ **Nogata City Subsidy for Utilizing Side-Job/Concurrent-Job Personnel**
This subsidy covers half of the business owner's burden, up to a maximum of 200,000 JPY, for side-job/concurrent-job personnel matched through the "Fukuoka Prefecture Professional Human Resources Strategy Base."

* Note: If the Fukuoka Prefecture Professional Human Resources Strategy Base is not utilized, the business will not be eligible for the subsidy.

■ **Nogata City Expert Dispatch Subsidy**
This subsidy covers half of the business owner's burden, up to a maximum of 200,000 JPY, for experts dispatched through the hands-on support programs (① to ④ below) implemented by the "Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan."

① Hands-on Support Program (Comprehensive)
② Hands-on Support Program (IT)
③ Hands-on Support Program (Specific)
④ Hands-on Support Program (Test Marketing)

**Eligibility**
Businesses that meet all of the following requirements:

① Small and medium-sized enterprises with an office in Nogata City
② No overdue city taxes, etc.
③ Not a gang, gang member, gang-related organization, or gang-related person as defined in Article 2 of the Nogata City Ordinance for the Promotion of the Elimination of Gangs (Nogata City Ordinance No. 20 of 2008)

**Application Method**
Applications can be submitted at the Commerce and Tourism Division counter (Nogata City Hall 5F, Counter 54) or by mail.
