Nogata City implemented the "DX Human Resources Development Project" this fiscal year, targeting employees selected from each department. As an output venue for this initiative, the "DX Human Resources Development Project Award" was held.

At this Award, each team presented policy proposals they had considered to the city's management. The team that proposed the policy evaluated as "the most outstanding policy" by Mr. Yuichi Morito, the city's CIO Assistant, was honored at the employee awards ceremony held on March 25.

Nogata City plans to continue its efforts in developing DX human resources in the future.
