Three Cruise Ships, Including Spectrum of the Seas, Successively Call at Kyoto Maizuru Port

Starting with the call of "Spectrum of the Seas" on April 21st, followed by "Viking Eden" on the 23rd, and "Azamara Pursuit" on the 29th, a total of three cruise ships successively called at Kyoto Maizuru Port. Many passengers enjoyed sightseeing in Maizuru City and the Sea of Kyoto area.

Maizuru City implemented initiatives to liven up the port calls, such as performances by the Nissei High School Brass Band, greetings and farewells by cruise supporters, and tea ceremony experience exchanges with passengers by the Maizuru International Association and Nishi Maizuru High School students.

For the Reiwa 8th fiscal year (2026), many cruise ship calls are scheduled throughout the year, with a total of 22 calls as of April 29th.

Maizuru City is recruiting cruise supporters to help liven up the port calls.
