“Kawasaki Meister Festival” to be Held on Saturday, May 16th! Come See, Touch, and Experience the City's Highest Level of Master Craftsmanship!

Kawasaki City will hold the "Kawasaki Meister Festival," the largest festival of "Kawasaki Meisters," the city's top-class craftsmen certified by Kawasaki City, on Saturday, May 16th.

This 13th event will be packed with fun activities where visitors can experience the wonders of craftsmanship, such as demonstrations of outstanding techniques, exhibitions and sales of products, and hands-on experiences of master skills, including mud wall plastering, metal spinning, and displays of handmade food samples.

The "Kawasaki Meister Festival," which has been held since fiscal year 2012, will mark its 13th anniversary this year. This year, the event will be full of exhibits that can be enjoyed not only visually but also with all five senses, such as the sale of Japanese sweets selected as "Kawasaki Specialty Products," and experiences like mud wall plastering, tree pruning, and metal spinning.
