The Perfect Sound for the City Hall

Kawachinagano City will begin a new instrumental internal broadcast aimed at improving employee comfort and creating a pleasant working environment.

This initiative utilizes newly created instrumental sound sources by musician Hajime Sakita, who also produced the branding song "Wachi! Kawachinagano" for the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo. It aims to create new value for the city hall environment through "sound." By incorporating natural sounds and daily life sounds from within the city, it recreates an "auditory landscape" that evokes the unique character of Kawachinagano within the city hall.

This will foster an environment where employees can work at a comfortable rhythm, and as part of inner branding, it serves as a mechanism for them to regularly experience the city's charm and value. Moving forward, these efforts are expected to enhance employees' attachment to their workplace and improve the quality of citizen services.

Furthermore, the city will consider the utilization of this initiative by local businesses and other organizations that resonate with its purpose.

■ Hajime Sakita: A musician residing in Kawachinagano. Known as a leading expert in the musical saw (saw instrument), he is widely active in producing stage music and regional branding songs.
