About Takashimadaira Green Space
Itabashi Ward formulated the "Takashimadaira Green Space Redevelopment Policy" in fiscal year 2024 due to issues such as the aging of facilities like toilets and paths, and changes in user needs accompanying the times. From fiscal year 2025 to the present, a leading project targeting the area between Takashimadaira Station and Nishidai Station (Takashimadaira 9-chome District) within the entire Takashimadaira Green Space is underway, with specific redevelopment plans for this area scheduled first. To explore the potential of the site for plan formulation, various trial utilizations will be advanced until December 2026, leveraging the creativity and know-how of private companies.
