As part of this initiative, the 'Itabashi Arakawa JM Festival' will be held every Saturday and Sunday in June, offering activities, food, and sports experiences. The event aims to maximize the appeal of the Arakawa waterfront, clarify the effectiveness of future operations, and verify methods for utilizing the space using private sector expertise.
