Hitachiota City, Ibaraki Prefecture, the birthplace of "Hitachi Aki Soba," will hold the "Natsu Kenchin Fair." Nineteen participating restaurants from the "Hitachiota Soba Restaurants Association" will offer Natsu Kenchin Soba, made with plenty of fresh summer vegetables, and special menus available only during this period.
