Winner of the 9th Yasushi Inoue Memorial Cultural Award Announced

The Yasushi Inoue Memorial Project Executive Committee (NPO Asahikawa Literature Materials Association, Hokkaido Shimbun Asahikawa Branch, and Asahikawa City Board of Education) presents the Yasushi Inoue Memorial Cultural Award to honor individuals who have made continuous contributions to the region and society through outstanding cultural activities, in memory of the achievements and wishes of Yasushi Inoue, a writer with ties to Asahikawa.
