The "Hamabe no Fish Burger," developed by the Amakusa City Regional Revitalization Cooperation Team (affiliated with the Amakusa Fisheries Cooperative), will be sold at "SHARE THE LOCAL Amakusa" held on July 11 (Sat) and 12 (Sun), 2026.
"Hamabe no Fish Burger" is a fish burger that combines fried local Amakusa fish with homemade "Shiokaze Tartar" made with natural Amakusa salt and a sweet and sour Amakusa Bankan orange sauce. It was developed as a dish that brings together Amakusa's unique ingredients of fish, salt, and citrus into one burger, allowing people to enjoy Amakusa's fish more intimately.
Through this event, we aim to increase awareness of Amakusa's local fish, promote fish consumption, and publicize regional resources. Please come and try it.

2. Hamabe no Fish Burger - 700 yen (tax included) A fish burger featuring fried local Amakusa fish, homemade "Shiokaze Tartar" made with natural Amakusa salt, and a sweet and sour Amakusa Bankan orange sauce.
3. French Fries with Salt from Tsushimajima - 400 yen (tax included) French fries finished with salt from Tsushimajima, dried completely under the sun.
*The fish planned for use are grunt and natural red sea bream.
