Choice Hotels Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takahiko Ito; hereinafter "Choice Hotels Japan"), which operates "Comfort Hotel," "Comfort Hotel ERA," "Comfort Inn," "Comfort Suites," and "Ascend Hotel Collection(TM)" nationwide, will sequentially renovate the following seven hotels with the aim of further enhancing the value for guests using Comfort Hotels.

・Comfort Hotel Koriyama

・Comfort Hotel Gifu

・Comfort Hotel Himeji

・Comfort Hotel Yokohama Kannai

Of these, five hotels will be renovated on the same day, Tuesday, March 31, 2026, while "Comfort Hotel Wakayama" is scheduled for renovation on Monday, March 30, and "Comfort Hotel Sendai Nishiguchi" on Friday, April 17.

This renovation will include enhancing the comfort of guest rooms, strengthening the functions of the free open space "Comfort Library Cafe," which can be used for various purposes such as reading and desk work, and introducing designs inspired by local culture. Through these efforts, we aim to further improve the comfortable stay experience unique to Comfort Hotels.
