Format

Poster Presentation

(1) Presenters will give their research presentations using the posters they bring to Chiba University on Saturday, September 26.

The size of the panel for attaching the poster is 900 mm wide × 1800 mm high.

(2) Full-day participation is possible, but as a measure against infectious diseases and heatstroke, posters will be replaced between the morning and afternoon sessions.

(3) Depending on the situation, restrictions may be placed on the number of participants in the presentation (e.g., swapping participants in the morning and afternoon). This decision will be made by early September and communicated to the application manager.

(4) Outstanding presentations will be commended and published on the website of the Chiba University High School-University Articulation Support Office.

(5) Comments and critiques will be posted by judges to presenters via Google Drive.

Publication of Presentation Materials (Parallel Implementation via Google Drive)

Presenters must create poster presentation materials (supported file format: pptx) and upload them to a dedicated presenter folder on Google Drive prepared by the university between Monday, September 14, and noon on Thursday, September 24.
