Our company endorses April Dream, which aims to make April 1st a day for announcing dreams.
This press release is a dream of "Change Wave Group Inc."
"To support the development of 1,000 female executives by 2030."
With this vision, Change Wave Group Inc. (Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Yuko Sasaki) is committed to executive and management candidate development programs for companies and initiatives to promote women's empowerment.
What we aim for is not merely the achievement of a "number."
It is the creation of a future where diverse leaders are naturally present in decision-making forums, continuously generating new value.
A future where "resilient and strong organizations" flourish throughout Japan.
Message from Representative Director and CEO Yuko Sasaki
By 2030, we aim to produce 1,000 female executives through our proprietary programs and cross-industry projects, striving to achieve 30% female representation in decision-making roles.
We will visualize unconscious biases and transform systems for appointment, evaluation, and development. By expanding opportunities for challenge and learning beyond corporate boundaries, we will build a sustainable pipeline and create a society where diverse decision-making becomes a competitive advantage.
"GET": A Platform to Turn Dreams into Reality
The program that concretizes this dream of 1,000 individuals is "Go Engage Transform" (commonly known as: GET).
It goes beyond mere knowledge acquisition, providing a perspective to become a catalyst for change.
・ Elevate Perspective: Cultivate a panoramic view as a business leader and the "resolve" for decision-making.
・ Remove Biases: Break through "preconceptions" that limit one's potential.
・ Build Networks: Form a community of leaders who can mutually enhance each other across organizations.
