Detailed Information
Roppongi Tsutaya Books (Minato-ku, Tokyo) will hold a public recording of the podcast "Cinema Ratatouille" by Yoshihiko Yatabe, former Programming Director of the Tokyo International Film Festival, on Monday, April 6, 2026. For this second edition, we will welcome Director Akio Fujimoto of the movie "LOST LAND", which will be released on Friday, April 24, as a guest. Director Fujimoto is attracting global attention, becoming the first Japanese director to win the Special Jury Prize in the Orizzonti section at the 82nd Venice International Film Festival for "LOST LAND". Please enjoy this precious opportunity.
The event consists of two parts. The first part will deliver a talk with Director Fujimoto as a public recording of "Cinema Ratatouille" facilitated by personality Mr. Yatabe. Also, inviting MC and writer Layla Okuhama, we will broadcast a special April edition of "Monthly Check", a theatrical release introduction corner of "Cinema Ratatouille". The second part will be a "WATCH PLAN Talk", where Mr. Yatabe and Director Fujimoto will talk more deeply about the director's works and career.
Because there is a movie theater nearby, Roppongi Tsutaya Books has been focusing on movie proposals for some time, and the movie section "WATCH PLAN" of Roppongi Tsutaya Books is transmitting movie information centering on the 2nd floor SHARE LOUNGE.
