'Hyakki Yagyo' (Night Parade of One Hundred Demons) is a Japanese folk tale where 'Tsukumogami' (spirits of old tools) line up and wander around at night. It is said to have originated from the belief that tools used for nearly 100 years harbor souls, originally called 'Tsukumogami' (Ninety-Nine Gods). We named this event 'Hyakki Yagyo' (Night Parade of One Hundred Century Old Businesses - using different characters) with the thought of 'let's all gather together, carrying the skills and passions that historic companies have passed down over a century in our hearts.'
