CCC and Nomura Real Estate to Open Second Collaborative Workspace 'SHARE LOUNGE Harumi Triton with H¹T' at the End of March 2026
CCC and Nomura Real Estate will open their second collaborative workspace at Harumi Triton Square in March 2026.
Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa; President and CEO: Yoshinori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCC") and Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Daisaku Matsuo; hereinafter "Nomura Real Estate") will open "SHARE LOUNGE Harumi Triton with H¹T" (hereinafter "the Facility") on March 31, 2026 (Tuesday), within the Harumi Triton Square office complex in Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
This facility is the second collaborative location following the first, "SHARE LOUNGE Kameido with H¹T," which combined CCC's "SHARE LOUNGE" with Nomura Real Estate's satellite shared office brand "H¹T." It will be located on the 9th floor of the Harumi Triton Square Office Tower Y, coinciding with the building's renewal.
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, telework has become widespread, and work styles have shifted significantly toward flexible approaches that combine home, office, and third-place environments. Consequently, there is a strong demand for office buildings to offer more than just workspace; they must provide functionality that allows users to switch environments based on diverse needs, such as individual focus, team meetings, inter-company networking, or taking a break. As the purpose of commuting is being redefined, "ease of work" and "comfort" are also gaining attention as key values in office spaces.
In addition to the comfortable "SHARE LOUNGE" environment, which customers can use freely as either a cafe or a workspace, this facility features dedicated seating for "H¹T" members. The workspace includes numerous meeting rooms to meet the needs of small businesses and can also be used for client meetings. Furthermore, corporate clients of Harumi Triton Square who have an "H¹T" corporate contract will receive a 20% discount on usage fees at this facility.
The facility is open to both office workers and the general public, providing a space for local residents to work, study, rest, and network in various daily scenarios. Through this initiative, CCC and Nomura Real Estate aim to enhance the value of common areas to meet post-pandemic office demand and create a new "third place" open to the local community.
