Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Inc. In fiscal year 2025, we donated 34,864 cases (851,644 bottles) of Coca-Cola products. The products donated to food banks are utilized for community support through social welfare facilities and food pantries. The Company builds partnerships with food bank organizations in each region and conducts regular product donations. In its non-financial goals, "CSV Goals," the Company aims to achieve 75% by 2030 and 100% by 2035 for "the rate of regular product donations through support for food bank activities (prefecture-based)" (Note 1). In fiscal year 2025, donations were made in 20 prefectures, resulting in an implementation rate of 53%. Over the past 10 years, we have donated a cumulative total of over 240,000 cases of products. In 2025, we newly commenced donations to "Certified NPO Food Bank Nara," bringing the total number of food bank organizations with which we have partnerships and conduct regular product donations to 27 within our sales area. The Company is strengthening its initiatives to improve demand forecasting accuracy and balance stable supply with inventory reduction through its S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process based on data analysis. By extending the S&OP process to food bank donations, we are utilizing our own logistics network to create a highly accurate donation system linked to inventory status, enabling the donation of small quantities of remaining inventory at each location. By regularly donating surplus inventory to food bank organizations, the Company aims to ensure its effective utilization by those in need, contributing to the reduction of food loss and the resolution of community issues.
