Survey Summary
・ The most common reason for choosing the service was "The web-only process seemed easy" (approx. 42%). When actually using it, the ability to "borrow and repay with just a smartphone" was the most highly praised feature, highlighting the convenience of being able to use it from anywhere.
・ The loan speed is also extremely fast, with a total of about 60% of people receiving their loan on the "same day of application." Half of those completed the loan process within an hour, confirming its overwhelming ability to handle sudden expenses.
・ Regarding the psychological hurdle of "phone calls to the workplace," about 27% responded that it was "completed via documentation (no phone call)." Many also noted that "there was a confirmation call to my mobile, but not to my workplace" (19.23%), indicating that the feature of "no phone calls to the workplace in principle" is reflected in actual screenings.
