Castem Co., Ltd. (Head office: Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture; President and CEO: Takuo Toda) will simultaneously exhibit at the "Mechanical Components & Materials Technology Expo" and the "Next-Generation 3D Printing Expo" within "Manufacturing World Nagoya," to be held at Port Messe Nagoya (Minato Ward, Nagoya City) from Wednesday, April 8 to Friday, April 10, 2026.

"High machining costs for complex shapes," "Undecided mass production method after prototyping"...

We will present optimal exhibits for customers facing challenges in prototyping and mass production of metal parts.

[Exhibition Highlights]

Diverse Material Forming Technologies

At the Mechanical Components & Materials Technology Expo, we will primarily introduce lost-wax precision casting and MIM (Metal Injection Molding).

At the Next-Generation 3D Printing Expo, we will showcase Digital Cast®, a mold-less casting method with a shortest lead time of one week, allowing visitors to see processes and case studies tailored to their needs.

Solve Mass Production and Prototyping Challenges on the Spot

If you bring drawings, photos, or actual products, we will compare the characteristics of each manufacturing method and propose hints to solve your metal part manufacturing challenges on the spot, such as cost reduction, process conversion, or shape modification.

At the Mechanical Components & Materials Technology Expo, we will also conduct a popular casting demonstration! Novelty items made on the spot will also be presented.

Please visit the Castem booth and feel free to consult with us.

For those struggling with process selection or cost reduction for mass-produced items… Visit the [Mechanical Components & Materials Technology Expo]

We will exhibit manufacturing examples of lost-wax precision casting and MIM, which we have handled for precision metal parts in various industrial fields since our establishment. Wax products and molds will also be displayed, allowing you to confirm the process image.

Based on drawings, you can consult on the spot about the feasibility of replacing other manufacturing methods with casting / cost estimates for mass production / necessity of shape changes.

For those struggling with single-item or one-off production… Visit the [Next-Generation 3D Printing Expo]

"Digital Cast®" is a casting service that can produce from a single item without molds.

This method involves producing a resin model with a 3D printer and then manufacturing metal products using a process similar to lost-wax precision casting, offering high shape freedom and significantly reducing lead time, cost, and man-hours.

It is utilized for prototype development, short-delivery production of in-house jigs and tools, and as replacement parts without inventory or molds. We will explain with photographable samples and concrete case studies.
