**Background of the Nokicore Listing**

Logistics centers are increasingly facing challenges due to inadequate management of pick-up and delivery information (known as 'nokisaki' or curbside information). This information includes the procedures required during pick-up and delivery and the logistics flow at each destination.

Curbside information varies by facility, and the level of detail, format, and methods of communicating this information to logistics operators are not standardized. This leads to problems such as delivery vehicles failing to locate pick-up or drop-off points on time, failed deliveries, and increased burdens on facilities and tenants—resulting in higher management costs.

These challenges also impact shippers' business operations. Since the enforcement of overtime regulations for truck drivers in April 2024, delivery time has been significantly restricted. However, insufficient curbside information causes drivers to spend extra time locating delivery destinations, raising the risk that drivers may skip safety checks due to time constraints. This can lead to damaged goods and delivery delays, potentially lowering shipper evaluations of the facility.
