Minato City Industrial Promotion Center has started recruiting participants for its incubation program targeting individuals aged 25 and under.

"Want to test if your idea is viable?" "Have an idea but don't know how to turn it into reality?" "Thinking alone, but not making progress?"

This is an announcement for a practical incubation program for such individuals.

This program aims to elevate ideas to a "business level" in approximately two months. Through business model design, customer validation, and refinement, participants will conduct a pitch (presentation) to VCs and major corporations on the final Demo Day.

Team participation is highly welcome This program welcomes team participation. By dividing roles within a team of 3, for example, you can gain perspectives not seen when working alone and arrive at new solutions.

From "thinking alone" to "breaking through as a team." Why not refine your ideas with colleagues and move forward as a business? Individual participation is also possible.

Program Through 5 sessions and group mentoring, we will seriously tackle business "questions" and "validation." Day 1: 7/26 (Sun) Kick-off / Idea Concept Sheet Creation Day 2: 8/2 (Sun) Business Model Design / User Interview Design Day 3: 8/23 (Sun) Improvement based on validation results / Pitch Material Creation (first half) Day 4: 8/30 (Sun) Pitch Material Creation (second half) / Finance Training (business plan) Day 5: 9/13 (Sun) Pitch Brush-up Demo Day: 9/27 (Sun) Final Pitch to VCs and major corporations *Group mentoring is scheduled between sessions.

【ABOUT】 In Minato Ward, an incubation program targeting individuals aged 25 and under will be implemented to support the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Participants will work on a practical process geared towards social implementation, from business model construction / customer validation / prototyping / preparation for VC pitches, based on their own business ideas. This is not just an "entrepreneurship experience"; we will seriously address questions such as "Is there a market?" and "Will customers pay?" and refine businesses to be robust enough from an investor's perspective.

In addition, opportunities for interaction with active players at the forefront of the industry, such as VCs and technical staff from large companies, will be provided. The program will proceed mainly through group discussions, and ideas will be refined through mutual feedback among participants.

【Target】 Those who meet the following requirements are eligible:

1. Aged 25 and under (from high school students to young professionals) 2. Already have a business idea they want to work on 3. <Meet any of the following: ・Reside in Minato Ward, or attend a high school/university in Minato Ward ・Work in Minato Ward ・Have experience in solving local issues in Minato Ward ・Are interested in establishing a base in Minato Ward in the future *In case of individual applications, there is a possibility of forming groups within the program depending on the number of applicants.
