CAMPFIRE Announces New Management Structure

CAMPFIRE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director: Makoto Nakajima / hereinafter, "the Company"), which operates "CAMPFIRE," Japan's largest crowdfunding platform, announced the following executive personnel changes. Under the new management structure, we will strive to achieve our mission through further expansion of our crowdfunding business.

◾️ About the New Management Structure

CAMPFIRE's mission is to "circulate all value, starting from aspirations," and we develop businesses that expand the aspirations, roles, and possibilities of each individual. With this organizational change, we welcome Shoshi Mita, who has previously led business growth as CGO (Chief Growth Officer), as an Executive Officer. This will further accelerate the construction of a "continuously developing growth structure" that integrates community and fan marketing into crowdfunding. By deepening the relationship between project creators and supporters through both data and strategy, we will optimize the value circulation of the entire platform, balancing CAMPFIRE's cherished stance of supporting "small individual aspirations" with dramatic business growth as an organization at a high level.
