Potato salad is a staple home-style potato dish, ranking alongside curry rice, stew, and nikujaga (※1). However, it is also a dish with a high cooking hurdle, with many steps and time-consuming preparation, and the outcome can vary depending on the condition of the potatoes.

With this in mind, we are launching a product that allows anyone to easily make potato salad simply by mixing it with hot or cold water, their preferred ingredients, and seasonings. It uses flaked Hokkaido-grown potatoes, eliminating the need for tedious peeling, cooking, and mashing. Cooking is possible in a short time without using a stove or microwave.
