This product is made from rare 'Fukumurasaki' purple sweet potatoes harvested in the autumn, slowly matured in a temperature-controlled storage facility, and carefully baked to maximize the natural sweetness and flavor of the ingredient.

'Murasaki Tenshi' was previously sold under the name 'Hana Murasaki' but was renamed following a brand renewal in the autumn of 2025. This marks the first time the product has been sold as a refrigerated baked sweet potato under the 'Murasaki Tenshi' brand name.
