Caitech Enters into Comprehensive Partnership Agreement with Japan Association of Certified Care Workers

Caitech Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takashi Muto; hereinafter "the Company") announced that on May 15, 2026, it signed a "Comprehensive Partnership Agreement" (hereinafter "this Agreement") with the Japan Association of Certified Care Workers (Chairperson: Yuriko Oikawa). The purpose of this Agreement is for the Japan Association of Certified Care Workers and the Company to work in close collaboration to promote initiatives related to the development and active participation of professional human resources such as certified care workers, and the expansion of learning opportunities. Background to the Agreement: While the demand for care services is increasing nationwide, securing and training care personnel has become a pressing social issue. It is essential for the construction of a sustainable care service provision system to create an environment where certified care workers—professionals in person-to-person services who use their knowledge and skills to meet care needs—can work with peace of mind for the long term, and to maintain and improve their expertise by providing continuous learning opportunities. The Japan Association of Certified Care Workers is dedicated to fostering the professional ethics and improving the quality of certified care workers, thereby training high-quality care professionals and enhancing the quality of care services. Meanwhile, the Company, through its spot work service for qualified professionals in the care and medical fields, has been supporting the creation of employment opportunities and the realization of flexible work styles for latent qualified individuals who have left the field due to childcare, family care, or lifestyle changes. In addition, by providing opportunities for career exploration through hands-on experience at various workplaces, we contribute to promoting optimal matching and job retention. Currently, our spot work app for care and nursing, "Caitech," has surpassed 1.18 million cumulative downloads and has been rated No. 1 in app usage for two consecutive years*, contributing to the creation of new opportunities for professional personnel to play an active role. Amidst this situation, both parties agreed that by collaborating to promote new learning opportunities, information dissemination, and employment support that contribute to the active role of professionals, they can support the professional development and career formation of certified care workers, and contribute to the qualitative improvement of the entire care service, including the quality of personnel in the field, leading to the conclusion of this comprehensive partnership agreement. *Survey on the usage rate of single-assignment part-time job apps for care and nursing.
