【Agreement Details】

The three parties will cooperate on the following matters with the aim of promoting initiatives that contribute to the decarbonization of Tsu City's administrative services and reducing carbon dioxide emissions, thereby contributing to the realization of carbon neutrality, through the utilization of the Corporate Hometown Tax Donation system:

(1) Initiatives that contribute to decarbonization through the utilization of the Corporate Hometown Tax Donation system

(2) Provision of information that contributes to decarbonization

(3) Other initiatives related to the promotion of regional decarbonization that the parties deem necessary

【Background of the Agreement】

Tsu City declared its "Tsu City Regional Decarbonization Declaration" on August 19, 2022, aiming for net-zero carbon dioxide emissions by 2050. To achieve this, the city is undertaking decarbonization actions in all fields that contribute to regional decarbonization, such as resource circulation, promotion of energy saving and storage, dissemination of renewable energy, and forest environment conservation.

Furthermore, The Thirty-Three Bank and ByWill signed a customer referral agreement on November 29, 2023, and have been working together towards regional decarbonization. This partnership agreement was reached as a result of The Thirty-Three Bank introducing ByWill to Tsu City, aiming to advance decarbonization in Tsu City through the utilization of the Corporate Hometown Tax Donation system.
