Yohei Matsuoka

Omron Corporation Industrial Automation Business Company Product Business Headquarters Sensor Business Division General Manager

Joined Omron Corporation in 2006. After serving in domestic sales within the Industrial Automation Business Company (IAB), he transferred in 2011 to IAB’s strategic planning division, leading global promotion of new product brands and strategy development and execution for growth markets. Since 2017, as a management member of the Corporate Global Strategy Division, Strategic Planning Department, he has led long-term vision development, mid-term management planning, structural reforms, and major M&A projects. Since April 2026, he has served as General Manager of the Sensor Business Division, IAB Product Business Headquarters, driving business transformation and growth strategy.

Takeshi Hashiba

Director and Vice President, Business Coach Co., Ltd.

Graduated from Chuo University Faculty of Law. Worked as a consultant at Accenture Japan, primarily serving large high-tech enterprises. After serving as a manager, he joined the founding team of Business Coach Co., Ltd. Currently, as Director and Vice President, he provides executive coaching for executives and senior leaders, as well as coaching for managers, organizational development support, and talent development programs. He also teaches "Coaching and Leadership" at the Graduate School of International Management, Aoyama Gakuin University. With over 300 companies and more than 100,000 individuals coached, his cumulative coaching hours exceed 10,000. In 2022, he led Business Coach Co., Ltd.’s listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market. Major publications include "The Complete Guide to Business Coaching" (Nikkei Publishing) and "The One Action That Transforms You into an Excellent Leader" (Chuokeizai Publishing).
