Business Coach and Nikkei Launch Executive Coaching Qualification Program

(hereinafter "Nikkei") are pleased to announce the launch of the "Nikkei Executive Coach Qualification Program." This program aims to produce true professional executive coaches equipped with business literacy. In an era of rapid change, corporate management requires swift transformation. Executive coaches need not only coaching skills but also a high perspective and broad vision to share the latest management challenges, including the use of generative AI. This program is an intensive three-month course that integrates Business Coach's 20 years of dialogue methods with support for over 500 companies, and Nikkei's latest business literacy. The goal is to produce "Nikkei Business Coach Certified Professional Executive Coaches" who can be trusted partners for management, driving both behavioral change and business results. The program features multi-layered learning to hone practical skills, including eight group training sessions, three individual coaching sessions with experienced professional coaches, peer coaching, and management innovation sessions utilizing the latest generative AI. Jointly organized with Nikkei, it offers systematic acquisition of business literacy in strategy, finance, and organization through "MBA Essentials™" and "NIKKEI TEST." Upon passing the examination, participants will be certified as "Nikkei Business Coach Certified Professional Executive Coaches." Post-completion support includes potential case introductions from Business Coach (not guaranteed) and continuous education through the online community "Coaching Lab." The program runs from June 27 to September 12, 2026. The tuition fee is 1,100,000 JPY (tax included), with an early bird price of 990,000 JPY (tax included) for applications received by May 31, 2026. It will be conducted in a hybrid format, combining live streaming (Zoom) and in-person sessions at the Nikkei Otemachi Seminar Room.
