Bunkamura Latest Information: First Half of FY2026 Lineup & "Kabuki Train" Operation

Bunkamura announced its program lineup for the first half of fiscal year 2026. A Kabuki performance, "Kabukicho Daikabuki: San-dai Ennosuke Yonjuhatsu-sen no Uchi 'Hitoritabi Gojusan-tsugi'," will open on May 3, 2026, at THEATER MILANO-Za. To promote the Kabuki performance, a "Kabuki Train" featuring visuals of actors Ichikawa Chusha and Ichikawa Danko will operate on the Tokyu Toyoko Line starting April 7, 2026. A dance performance titled "Umi-be no Dokusaisha," based on short stories by Matsuo Suzuki and choreographed by Masako Yasumoto, will be held on June 27 and 28, 2026, at Bunkamura Theatre Cocoon. An exhibition, "Inori no Rinkaku," collaborating with "Death Fes 2026," is being held from April 11 to April 26, 2026, at Bunkamura Gallery 8/ (Shibuya Hikarie 8F), featuring 8 artists. Taiyo Life Insurance Company joined Bunkamura's Official Supplier system, bringing the total number of suppliers to seven.
