BVLGARI Ginza Cafe will offer the "Summer Afternoon Tea," a delicate expression of the changing season towards summer, starting July 1, 2026. As the season deepens, the freshness of fruits and the aroma of herbs become even more pronounced. Inspired by the traditions of Italian confectionery, we present a collection that expresses the season's bounty in a light composition. This afternoon tea, consisting of a three-tiered tea stand and side dishes, offers a rich layering of sweetness, acidity, aroma, and texture, creating a sophisticated overall balance.

Sweets include dolci that capture the essence of early to mid-summer, such as crostatina combining the flavors of white peach and basil, and watermelon jelly inspired by Sicilian tradition. Additionally, we offer a lineup that allows you to experience the confectionery culture of various Italian regions, including Caprese, characterized by the rich depth of almond and chocolate, and Baba, a traditional Neapolitan pastry infused with rum.
