Buffalo and Advance Design will provide data recovery services free of charge to individual customers residing in areas where the Disaster Relief Act has been applied.

Diagnosis and estimation fees are also free. Please apply from the link below (we also support products other than our own).

* Please specify the name of the disaster, "Reiwa 8 Iwate Prefecture Otsuchi Town Forest Fire," in the remarks section or other contact information field when applying.

* Data recovery services will be provided free of charge regardless of whether you apply to Buffalo or Advance Design.
