With this service, BeStyle Smart Career Co., Ltd. will create job postings after interviewing companies about their hiring requirements and post them on the job site "Shufu JOB" operated by a group company. By utilizing "Shufu JOB" as a new point of contact for job seekers and introducing candidates who meet the hiring requirements from applicants to companies, we will support regular employee recruitment.

In addition, to commemorate the service launch, a campaign will be held from Wednesday, July 1, 2026, to Friday, August 31, 2026, offering a referral fee of 500,000 yen (excluding tax) per successful candidate for companies that extend regular employment offers to job seekers through "Shufu JOB Agent" during this period.

Background of Service Provision

Amidst a continuing labor shortage, companies are receiving consultations and requests regarding regular employee recruitment. Meanwhile, among job seekers, there is a growing need to work as regular employees while balancing family responsibilities.

BeStyle Smart Career Co., Ltd. has supported companies in recruiting regular employees and helping job seekers who wish to balance work and family life through its recruitment business. To broadly meet the needs of both companies and job seekers, the company will now utilize the job site "Shufu JOB," operated by a group company, as a new point of contact for job seekers.
