The stage for this journey is the Ochiai area in Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo.

Muga Tsukaji (Drunk Dragon) strolls through the area, once a thriving hub for craftsmen and manufacturing. He suddenly spots a red train!

Where is this place? Upon entering the building, he discovers "Hobby Center Kato Tokyo," a shop and exhibition hall that sells model railways. Inside, there's a giant diorama, and on the second floor, a space where visitors can operate their purchased model trains or ones they brought themselves. It's a famous spot for model railway enthusiasts!

Tsukaji excitedly finds an N gauge model of the Nankai Railway, which used to run in his hometown! During the driving experience, he faces a nail-biting moment – can he stop it perfectly? He also hits it off with a young train enthusiast! They engage in a conversation only they can understand!

The shop he was looking for is located near Nakaï Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line and the Toei Oedo Line.

"Inaka Soba Suzaka," appearing amidst the hustle and bustle of the shopping street, boasts attractive signs like the "Morning Special Set with Soba and Donburi for 500 yen" and "Happy Hour: One Drink for 250 yen." Filled with excitement, he enters the shop! Upon speaking with the owner, he learns that the tachigui soba shop is infused with the know-how gained from running an izakaya!

The reason for the name "Inaka Soba" (country-style soba) is not only because they use inaka soba noodles but also because the owner is from Suzaka City, Nagano Prefecture, and jokingly associates it with being from the countryside. The shop serves as a local eatery, popular with a wide range of customers from students to families, and is always bustling. The recommended dish is the set with tsukedon (marinated rice bowl) and soba. They serve nama aosa soba (soba with fresh seaweed) which is paired with the seaweed used in their izakaya dishes. The tsukedon is a hearty bowl filled with plenty of sashimi! After tasting the broth, Tsukaji exclaims, "It's got a solid dashi flavor, a bit punchy, you know. A rich, deep flavor." He praises the broth, which strongly features the richness of bonito and mackerel flakes. Regarding the noodles, he says, "They're thin noodles, but the color is definitely inaka soba. They have a good chewiness. It's a characteristic of inaka soba, I guess, but they're firm and chewy, like you can really get into them, even though they're thin." He found the combination of broth and noodles to be perfect. On this day, the owner and his wife were working, and Tsukaji was curious about how they met. Did they meet at the sea...? He looks back with photos from that time! At the end of his journey, in his "Casual Diary," he discovers a commonality between trains and the countryside! For more details, tune in to the broadcast!
