BEAST X Reaches Semifinals for the First Time in Its 3rd Year Since Joining M.League! Geki Shimoishi Wins MVP (Individual Score Award)!

BEAST X, operated by the nationwide free broadcast station BS10, is pleased to announce that following the conclusion of the professional mahjong league 'M.League 2025-26' on Friday, March 27, 2026, the team finished the regular season in 3rd place, securing its first-ever advancement to the Semifinal series in its third year since the team's inception.

This season, BEAST X began with a major decision to rotate its roster. New addition Geki Shimoishi achieved a score of 614pt, winning the MVP (Individual Score Award). Captain Rio Tojo, returning to the M.League, also brought momentum to the team with her overwhelming consistency. Kana Nakada, fueled by the frustrations of the past two seasons, refined her playstyle to be both delicate and bold, significantly updating her personal best score and awakening as a key point-getter for the team. Daisuke Suzuki, who has led the team since its inception, also made great strides, particularly in 2026, using last season's setbacks as motivation. Despite some difficult moments, the team maintained its aggressive style until the very end, allowing them to break through the regular season in this, their third year.

Looking ahead to the Semifinals starting Monday, April 6, we will continue to fight with all our might alongside our fans, guided by this year's team slogan: 'Hunt the Peak.'
