The dance lesson program for seniors, 'Imitate and Dance! DANCE TRAIN', which started on BS10, a nationwide free BS broadcasting station, has been broadcast once a month until now. Starting in April, it has been decided that it will be broadcast regularly once a week on Saturdays. The program content and cast members will also be significantly enhanced! Please watch.

▼Dance to the Songs of Their Youth!

Each episode features two songs. EXILE TETSUYA creates new choreography to famous Showa-era songs that seniors enjoyed in their youth. Dance to Showa-era hits that everyone in the senior generation knows, such as 'YOUNG MAN' by Hideki Saijo, 'Akai Sweet Pea' by Seiko Matsuda, and 'Oyome Samba' by Hiromi Go! We deliver a new kind of exercise like never before. We also go beyond the studio to conduct special lessons on cruise ships and in fitness studios! We will show the vibrant figures of seniors who forget time and get absorbed in dancing.

▼New Unique Members Join the Instructor Unit 'EXILE B HAPPY'!

Two new members, Yuta Nakatsuka and Shogo Iwatani, joined the unit 'EXILE B HAPPY' on February 14, 2026. In preparation for the regular Saturday broadcast starting in April, these new members have already participated in program recordings. With the addition of these two individuals, who possess high dance skills and unique personalities, the program will be delivered with even more energy and power than before.

In addition, projects such as boarding a 'luxury cruise ship,' which the members have eagerly desired, and location shoots to interact with dancers from all over the country and solve their problems are underway. Please pay attention to future announcements.

・EXILE TETSUYA

When the program started, I received comments on social media saying, 'What a wonderful program you've started, thank you,' which made me feel that there were people who needed it. I'm very happy when my parents and people around me tell me they are watching the program and dancing, and I feel like the circle is gradually expanding. Also, it's very refreshing to choreograph songs that my parents listened to; it's completely different from my usual dancing. I'm also learning a lot about J-POP as the energy and choreography of Japan's leading artists are a great reference, so it's very enjoyable...
