BRJ Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hideaki Miyauchi; hereinafter "BRJ"), which develops safe electric mobility solutions to address transportation gaps in rural areas, is operating a three-wheeled electric seat board, a wrapped model of the landmark vision "Nana Navi Vision" at Sunagawa Nanaban Station in Tachikawa City, Tokyo.
This initiative is part of the "Local Wrapping Sponsorship" program aimed at revitalizing local economies with mobility as a starting point. Background of Service Launch
This mobility service goes beyond simply providing transportation; it aims to "revitalize the local economy with mobility as a starting point." We believe that "local businesses, including members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, who form the backbone of the local economy, are partners in creating the charm of the town."
Therefore, we have established a system where "support from the community" is visualized through local sponsorship, and wrapped vehicles carrying these sentiments run through the town. By connecting local businesses, residents, and visitors through mobility, we aim to foster new vibrancy and civic pride in the community.

Commitment to Safety of "TOCKLE"
1: Rural Areas, Not Urban Centers
Buses and trains are facing a crisis, with deficits, reduced services, and driver shortages, putting the "transportation lifeline" in rural areas at risk. "TOCKLE" aims to solve these transportation gaps in rural areas. Furthermore, compared to urban areas, rural areas have less traffic and wider roads, making them easier and safer to operate in. For these two reasons – solving local issues and ensuring safety – "TOCKLE" primarily focuses on deployment in rural areas.
2: Geofencing Prevents Entry into Hazardous Areas
"TOCKLE" is equipped with a safety system called "geofencing" that detects the travel area via GPS and stops the vehicle upon entering specific zones. The "no-entry zones" set by geofencing can be flexibly configured by local governments according to the specific conditions of the region.
3: Complete Prohibition of Nighttime Operation
In the electric mobility industry, it is common knowledge that "nighttime is prime time" for business, as it caters to people returning home after missing the last train. However, the reality is that a considerable number of people are riding after consuming alcohol during these late hours. Safety is undeniably more important than profit. Therefore, "TOCKLE" does not operate at all during nighttime in any region.
