This initiative is in collaboration with Tako Town (Katori-gun, Chiba; Mayor: Tomiko Hirayama) and the roadside station 'Michi-no-Eki Tako Ajisai-kan' (operated by Tako Co., Ltd.; Representative: Tomohiko Yoshikawa), aiming to attract inbound tourists and promote local tourism.

This project utilizes the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' (MIC) 'Local Vitalization Cooperator' scheme. It is a public-private partnership where the municipality (Tako Town), a local company (Tako Co., Ltd.), and a startup (BRJ) collaborate to eliminate transportation gaps.

Led by 'Local Vitalization Cooperators', the private sector and the municipality participate as equal partners from the design phase, merging private-sector speed and expertise with government policies to achieve sustainable regional revitalization.
