BRJ is challenging itself to reshape and accelerate the improvement of regional transportation in Japan by leveraging next-generation mobility technology, starting from the "mobility challenges" that continue to emerge in various parts of Japan.

We are addressing "mobility challenges," not "mobility demand."

Population decline, aging, license surrender, abolition or reduction of bus routes, and supply shortages due to a sharp increase in tourists.

Mobility challenges caused by these factors are already evident throughout Japan.

Currently, we have connections with over 100 local governments nationwide. Our business has expanded from micro-mobility to autonomous driving, and the company has entered an expansion phase.

BRJ is now in a phase where we must think on-site, take action, and establish a business model for the difficult problem of "public transportation without a clear answer." We are looking for colleagues who are genuinely committed to engaging with local communities and rebuilding Japan's transportation in the midst of this change.
