Announcement of the Opening of an Integrated Group Office in the Osaka Area

BREXA Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Takayuki Yamazaki) has opened an integrated office in Osaka to consolidate the functions of the BREXA Group and maximize group synergies.

■ Background to the Opening of the Integrated Group Office in the Osaka Area

Previously, each company within the BREXA Group operated its business independently. However, as an initiative to embody "Collaboration Without Borders," one of the BREXA VALUES, the group has decided to strengthen its cross-functional information-sharing framework. Five group companies—BREXA Next Co., Ltd., BREXA Technology Co., Ltd., BREXA CrossBorder Co., Ltd., BREXA Engineering Co., Ltd., and BREXA Communications Co., Ltd.—will occupy the new office on a single floor, operating with approximately 200 employees. This consolidation aims to promote collaboration across departments and companies, thereby accelerating decision-making and information sharing.

■ Design

The office features a design based on BREXA's corporate colors of BREXA orange, black, and gray, with a layout optimized for communication across different companies and job types. Open spaces and meeting areas are organically arranged to encourage daily information sharing and swift decision-making, serving as a foundation for providing unified group services.

Moving forward, the BREXA Group will continue to strengthen its integrated service delivery structure and deliver more possibilities to support the growth of both companies and job seekers.
