BREXA Holdings Inc. (Headquarters: Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Takayuki Yamazaki) held the "2026 BREXA Group Initiation Ceremony" at the Tokyo Garden Theater on April 1, 2026, welcoming 2,600 new employees. The event was held simultaneously by connecting bases nationwide, including the Tokyo venue, via online broadcast. As a highlight project embodying "Borderless Collaboration," one of the BREXA VALUES, an online broadcast project called "BREXA CONNECT" was implemented, connecting 8 locations nationwide in real time to give new employees an opportunity to directly learn about the diverse businesses of the BREXA Group and the people working there. Business details, job satisfaction, and workplace characteristics were introduced by multiple group companies, and warm welcome messages were sent to the new employees. Through this project, a sense of unity in welcoming new colleagues across the entire BREXA Group was fostered, making it a symbolic occasion to welcome new employees across the borders of companies and regions. In his top message, President and CEO Yamazaki mentioned the role the BREXA Group should play amid the increasingly severe labor shortage in society as a whole.
