"Bread and Espresso" Launches Long-Awaited Dinner Service! All-You-Can-Eat Signature Breads and a New Casual "Bread Drinking" Style for a Limited Time!

Hitototo Co., Ltd. (Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director Takuzo Yamamoto), which operates 75 stores in Japan and overseas, including the bakery cafe "Bread and Espresso" in Omotesando, will launch dinner service (6:00 PM - 10:00 PM) for a limited one-month period from July 1, 2026 (Wed) to July 31, 2026 (Fri) at Bread and Espresso (3-4-9 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo).

This dinner service is based on the new concept of "bread drinking," where customers can casually enjoy our signature breads and alcoholic beverages, offering a rich selection of bar menus and alcoholic drinks.

The Concept is "Bread Drinking"! Chef's Signature Breads with the Best Pairings

We propose a casual evening space for adults, different from the daytime cafe style.

Based on the carefully selected breads unique to "Bread and Espresso," we offer a lineup of dishes like ajillo and small plates that pair well with drinks.

In addition to a wide range of alcoholic beverages such as wine, beer, and cocktails, you can also enjoy our popular regular drink menu (coffee, cafe latte, etc.) from the daytime cafe service throughout the evening.

Whether you want to primarily enjoy drinks, stop by for a night cafe after work, or prefer non-alcoholic options, you can spend a pleasant summer evening.

New Evening System: A Luxurious Charge for "All-You-Can-Refill Bread" for One Coin

During dinner time (from 6:00 PM), a charge of 500 yen (tax included) per person will be applied. This charge includes "5 recommended types of bread (with free refills)"! First, enjoy the flavors of our various signature breads, and then you can freely refill them as much as you like, dipping them in the exquisite ajillo oil or topping them with prosciutto and pate.

About the Operating System (Bread Sales Continue Until 10:00 PM!)

With the start of evening operations, bread sales will be available non-stop from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
