Opening in Monzen-nakacho, a neighborhood that retains the atmosphere of old downtown Tokyo, "Hana-Banana" is a new style of cafe where you can enjoy French toast and a space filled with flowers at the same time.

The interior is a calm space based on dark-toned dried flowers, combined with native flowers and antique furniture.

You can spend a relaxing time in an interior that evokes the feeling of a foreign land.

Additionally, the houseplants, dried flowers, and succulents displayed in the store are available for purchase.

The signature French toast uses bread baked at "Bread, Espresso &."

It is soaked in custard overnight, then baked until crispy on the outside and fluffy and melty on the inside.
