Free Monitor Recruitment for Management-Level 'Decision-Making and Condition Improvement' Training

Brain Lab Kamakura Co., Ltd. (Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President Yumi Maeda) is pleased to announce that it is recruiting 'monitor companies' for its corporate 'Condition Management Program.'

Training Title: 'Visualization Session ~ Revealing the Invisible Problem Structure ~'

In situations where there are many opportunities to be swayed by invisible problems, it is not uncommon to deal with issues such as stalled meetings, hesitation in decision-making, and miscommunication without seeing the underlying structure of the problem.

In daily work, are there many managers who:
✔ Tend to hesitate in making decisions
✔ Find things confusing and difficult to organize

In the 'Visualization Session,' we use our original reflection paper to approach the following:
✔ Specifically verbalize situations where judgment breaks down and identify discrepancies
✔ Check your current 'state' from the perspectives of posture, breathing, and emotions

Decision-making starts from your 'state'

The expected 'effects and changes' are as follows:
✔ Be able to verbalize your own state
✔ Be able to organize and understand the background structure of problems
✔ Establish criteria for judgment
✔ Be able to pause before making a decision

Participants will take away the perspective to notice changes in their own state and adjust their judgment and dialogue in daily work.

This session has two main features:
1. It starts from multiple 'states'
2. It integrates body, emotion, cognition, and decision-making

If photographs are taken, we will ensure that faces are not shown, for example by taking pictures from behind. The content of the publication will be confirmed with you in advance.
